The Art Of Disappearing Retreat : Day 2- Ven Canda : Gently Inviting In The Breath | 14 November 22

Blurb:  This teaching is part of a special 8-day online retreat called “The Art Of Disappearing”, given by Ajahn Brahm and Ven. Canda in support of Anukampa Bhikkhuni Project. In this retreat the teachers will show us the way to reduce our expectations and follow the Buddha's path of understanding and non-clinging. Gradually, as we turn away from the outside world, and turn our attention inwardly to our present moment experiences, our understanding grows, and we can learn to let go of our desire for control. We learn how it feels to experience the great freedom of disappearing. Embodying everything he teaches and with an extraordinary ability to inspire, Ajahn Brahm is the perfect person to guide us in the joyful art of disappearing! These teachings are freely offered so as to be accessible to all. Any donation you feel moved to offer will enable us to continue spreading the priceless Dhamma and will also contribute towards the development of the first Theravada Bhikkhuni Monastery in the UK, where women will be able to train towards full ordination, and people of every background, race, sexual orientation and gender will be warmly welcomed to visit or reside as guests. Your generosity is greatly appreciated. Please visit https://www.anukampaproject.org/donate Ajahn Brahm is the Spiritual Adviser of Anukampa Bhikkhuni Project.
