Ajahn Broom and Ajahn Broomali | Venerable Sunyo | 21 October 2022

Venerable Sunyo reflects on his experience of how to turn frustrations into opportunities to practice Buddhism. For example, instead of feeling unhappy and frustrated about having to clean the gutter with a broom, he decided to see this as a great opportunity to practice, such as make merit, practice mindfulness and so on.
