Part of the \"At Peace with Experience New Year Retreat\" for Sheffield Insight: 30th December morning Dhamma talk and guided meditation Venerable Canda looks more closely at emotions, thoughts and thinking. How we can find skilful ways to handle and relate to thoughts in a way that helps us to incline towards the thoughts that will lead us to happiness u0026 peace. Also what helps us to handle those thoughts that don't bring us peace, without over-identifying or getting stuck in patterns which actually can build emotion. 42:32 Ven Canda guides us through a guided meditation for about 35 min. These teachings are freely offered so as to be accessible to all. Any donation you feel moved to offer will enable us to continue spreading the priceless Dhamma and will also contribute towards the development of the first Theravada Bhikkhuni Monastery in the UK, where women will be able to train towards full ordination, and people of every background, race, sexual orientation and gender will be warmly welcomed to visit or reside as guests.
