Low Hanging Fruit of Everyday Dharma | Sandra Henville | 5 August 2022

Every year, the monastic community (Monks and nuns) go on a three month retreat called the “Rains Retreat” from mid July to mid October. During this period, they do not visit our centres for teachings as it’s a time for deepening their own practice. While the monks and nuns are away, we will have some interesting guest speakers coming in to give the Friday Night talk. JOURNEY INTO NOW 2022 Sandra Henville is a much loved figure at the Buddhist Society of WA. She regularly gives teachings and guides meditation all in a calm yet very fun loving and positive way. Come experience the Sandra spark and learn about the fruits of this path available to us all on a daily basis. That is the benefits of the practice that is available here and now, and not just after 20 years of meditating on a remote mountain top. She’ll show you how to look and what to look for! Please support the BSWA in making teachings available for free online via Patreon: https://www.patreon.com/BuddhistSocietyWA and don’t forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel.
