Ajahn Brahm talks about uncertainty in the coming New Year and how Buddhism can help us to have a more peaceful, happy and prosperous New Year. Ajahn explains how Buddhism teaches you to change your attitude towards life and to add beauty and positivity to your perception of life. Ajahn says “you can look and see all of the negative things that happen or you can give a positive spin to it. We can’t change life but we can certainly change our attitude towards life.”
